Thelma B. Drake RodgersThelma Beatrice Drake was born in Shelby County, IN. October 6, 1910 to Curtis A. Drake and Goldie Cletha Ware. She passed away December 13, 2004. Thelma married Otto O. Rodgers who preceded her in death Nov. 1993. She worked for Real Silk and Roselyn Bakery. She and her husband owned Otto’s Bait Shop. Thelma is survived by her sister Vera Brewer (Ernest); her brothers Ross, (Candace), Wilfred, Hiram, (Betty), Curtis (Leona)Drake. She is also preceded by brother Emerson (Virginia) Drake; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Services will be Friday, December 17, 2004 at 2:00 pm at Harry Moore Family Mortuary, Lawrence Chapel, with visitation starting at 1:00 pm. Entombment will be at Washington Park East.
